Vote Before Tolls Foundation is focused on Increasing awareness and education for the general public and public agencies about the tolling decision-making process, the costs, benefits, legislation, and tolling congestion, capacity, environmental, equity, and social impacts, and revenue generation.

We are supporters of the Oregon IP-4 Vote Before Tolls initiative effort and other mechanisms that seek to improve public/private interactions and transparency surrounding tolling.

Vote Before Tolls Foundation is an IRS registered public charity (EIN: 88-2788887). Donations to Vote Before Tolls Foundation are a traditional charitable donation and may be deducted on your federal taxes. This deduction is available to supporters from all states.
